Engine Overhaul 1994 Mitsubishi Expo LRV

First Remove radiator shroud, cooling fan and pulley. Remove all drive belts and crankshaft pulleys. remove
Upper timing belt covers and gaskets. Note bolt length and location.

Second Remove the crankshaft sprocket bolt and washer. Turn clockwise (as of crankshaft timing belt

4th Remove camshaft sprocket (if necessary). Cylinder block oil pump sprocket access plug removed.

5th Remove oil pump sprocket nut and remove sprocket. Remove front crankshaft sprocket and flange. hint

6th Remove rear belt tensioner assembly time. Remove the rear timing belt. Remove right silent shaft sprocket
with a spacer (if necessary). Remove the rear sprocket with crankshaft key.
