The second generation of an exciting and successful sports on the market is ready, the streets hit: Mercedes-Benz presents the new SLK-class. Even more tempting, powerful and sportier than ever before, the beguiling two-seater through its European market's premiere in March 2004. Three different motor variants are available for the new car, development of 120 kW / 163 HP to 265 kW/360 HP. The range includes an eight-cylinder power supply of Mercedes-AMG - for the first time in this vehicle class. The V6 in the SLK 350, now develops 200 kW/272 HP and delivers an impressive dynamic driving pleasure.
The second generation of the compact Mercedes two-seater offers also an exquisite overall design, more information about the take their cue from formula one. The SLK stays true to so its reputation as a trendsetter and leader in this category of sports cars. Further developed in a Coupe Vario roof that transformed the Roadster in just 22 seconds, is on the list of standard equipment of head/thorax Sidebags adaptive airbags, front and two-stage belt force limiter.
