With your finger tip lightly tap the centre of the belt between the pulleys in the location shown by the arrow in the illustration and then measure the belt vibration frequency. Apply 98N of pressure against the location between the pulleys shown by the arrow in the illustration and then measure the deflection.

AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT TENSION CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT. (1) Loosen tension pulley fixing nut. (2) Adjust belt tension with adjusting bolt. (3) Tighten fixing nut. Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Supplier Training Guide

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Supplier Training Guide
Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) has partnered with Ryder Logistics to manage their inbound and outbound freight. MCFA users and Suppliers will submit their orders for pickup using either SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry (a module of Ryder Online). RyderTrac, also a module of Ryder Online, will be used to track and trace loads in transit.

Process Overview:
Suppliers will notify Ryder of orders ready for pickup via SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry. These two systems will allow Suppliers to electronically notify Ryder of orders that are ready for pickup. Orders will be received by Ryder’s i2 Transportation Management System which will optimize shipments and create load plans. Carriers will then be assigned and the relevant shipment information will be transmitted back to Ryder Online for track and trace purposes (i.e.: Pickup Date, Carrier Name).

RyderTrac will auto-generate an email alert to Suppliers which will include a hyper-link to RyderTrac. This link will allow Suppliers to view their load details online (i.e.: Pickup Date Scheduled, Carrier Name, shipment details per load). RyderTrac is electronically updated by carriers providing Suppliers visibility of their shipments from pickup to delivery.
