Find lost e-mail in Outlook 2003

Due to different email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is difficult to tell you how to get all email to your Inbox in Outlook. We can help you; say however how to make sure that you can see all the emails that you receive when they are intended to be seen-with images. If a company is not in your address book or list of "Safe Sender" will not display images in HTML.
To have the proper display of HTML, users can:
* Change your automatic download settings
To add the sender to your address book
To add your e-mail address or domain to your list of approved sender

To change the settings for:
1. right-click-display image in HTML e-mail
2. click Change automatic download settings "option
3. when the popup comes up, uncheck the first box in the list that says "don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML
4. click "OK"

To add sender to address book:
1. open the email
2. right-click the address
3. Select the option for "add contacts"

To add domain to safe sender list:
1. right-click-display image in HTML e-mail
2. Select the "add domain to safe sender list" option
