HP 4500/4550 printer error 13 error 54.6: reinstall the transfer belt
HP printers and others have very few major bugs, but if you know how to deal with some of the more usual problems will make your printer friendly companion with your tasks and projects.

Spossible reasons and decisions
This may be due to debris or paper notes blocking connector pins of the ITB DOCUMENT connector. The connector is located on the left rear of the drawer and the ITB DOCUMENT additional connector is on the chassis. Open the ITB DOCUMENT drawer and remove a set of transfer. A drawer pull until it stops. Alignment of the first set of rolls with a hole in the drum slide rail and raised until the shaft clear rail. Drawer slide back to the second set of rollers adaptation with a hole in the rail and a drawer and lift. Examine the connector on the left rear of the drawer and optional connector on the chassis of the printer for scraps of paper or debris. Reinstall in reverse order.
Windows XP, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Printers and other hardware and printers and faxes. In the "printers and faxes" from the file menu, click Properties on the server, and then click the drivers tab. This displays the settings in the printer driver. Compare the settings in this dialog box with the ideal settings in your printer manual. If you see a discrepancy in these settings, the printer just might need a new driver, and then delete the old one. You can download printer drivers from the printer manufacturer's website.
Get additional help. Updating or installing a new driver will not solve any printer woe, of course, so understanding the embedded help system ' will give you even a clean edge removal
