Fix error on the printer 10.92. XX: cartridges

HP Color LaserJet 3500/3700 printers have very few major bugs, but if you know how to deal with some of the more usual problems will make your printer friendly companion with your tasks and projects.

Error code 10.92. XX problem: error messages "Cartridges not busy, poor primary transfer predubedeno contacts, defective supply or control signals for the errors."

First check for small plastic white figure broken off on the inside of the front door Assembly (near top right corner). This figure pushes a lever for the clutch of the ITB DOCUMENT within the printer, which retains the cartridges. Part # RC1-1247-000-lever, ITB DOCUMENT attachment is the same part for the HP Color LaserJet 3500 and 3700.

• Windows XP, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Printers and other hardware and printers and faxes. In the "printers and faxes" from the file menu, click Properties on the server, and then click the drivers tab. This displays the settings in the printer driver. Compare the settings in this dialog box with the ideal settings in your printer manual. If you see a discrepancy in these settings, the printer just might need a new driver and the first to delete the old one. You can download printer drivers from the printer manufacturer's website.
