2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport parking brake cylinder removal

1. using the Land Rover approved diagnostic system, drive the parking braking system on "mounting position '. 2. isolation of electrical parking brake circuit. Remove fuse number 8 by BJB. Warning: do not operate in or on a vehicle that is supported only by a Jack. Always support vehicle on safety stands. 3. raise and support the vehicle. 4. remove the rear wheels and tires. 5. the release of the parking brake adjustment. Remove the plug from the hole in the brake disc access. Using a suitable tool, rotate the adjuster brake to release the adjustment. Caution: do not allow the brake caliper to hang by the brake hose. 6. the repositioning of RH rear brake caliper. Remove the 2 bolts. Using an appropriate tie belt, brake caliper support.   7. remove the disc RH rear brake. Remove the screw. Caution: do not allow the brake caliper to hang by the brake hose. 8. Reinsert the LH rear brake caliper. Remove the 2 bolts. Using an appropriate tie belt, brake caliper support. 9. remove the LH rear brake disk. Remove the screw. 10. Disconnect the two wires from the parking brake wheel hubs. Fully to loosen the nut. Release the cable from the lower arm. Disconnect the internal cable from the brake 11. Release the parking brake cable LH. Remove the 2 bolts. Leave the 3 wiring harness clips. Release the cable from the clips on the chassis. Download
