removal and installation 1. lift the power steering reservoir and place it on the engine. ensure that there is no oil leakage of negative Ventilation hole in the cover. 2. use a 15 mm wrench and turn clockwise as possible to lighten the burden on. lift off the serpentine belt. 3. to replace the belt tensioner, remove the mounting screws for tension of belt on serpentine belt bracket. remove the tensioner on the belt. install a new tensioner. tighten the specifications. see torque specifications . remove the serpentine drive belt and installation 1. lift the power steering reservoir and place it on the engine. ensure that there is no oil leakage outside the negative hole of ventilation in the coverage of. 2. use a 15 mm wrench and turn clockwise as possible to lighten the burden on. lift off the serpentine belt. Note: on some models, you may need to remove the vibration damper for replacement belt. Note: the manufacturer recommends replacement of the vibration damper-to-pulley bolts, if removed original bolts. 3. raise the car and remove the right front wheel plastic nuts from cover in the fender liner and regulator of the vibration. Use the running Center the nut as a counterhold. 4. use a 15 mm wrench and turn clockwise as possible to lighten the burden on. lift off the serpentine belt. remove the serpentine belt. 5. to install a new serpentine belt. see Figure 1. installation in the following order: crankshaft b. a/c compressor c. belt tensioner (d) generator e. steering pump 6. Install the regulator of vibration. Tighten the new bolts to specifications. see torque specifications . Use the nut as a counterhold running Center. use of logging protractor (951 2050). Install plastic nuts from cover in the fender liner. install the wheel. 7. install the power steering reservoir. Test the function.
