RELEASE to prevent loss of brake fluid cylinder removal during delete, the broken link slave cylinder steel hydraulic line must be connected or directed in a suitable container. 1. Disconnect flexible hose steel hydraulic line. Notice: Twisting can damage the hose flex. 2. Remove hydraulic line retainer clip. 3. remove two bolts. Disassembly 1. Flexible hose, boat, and remove push rod. 2. remove the piston and CAP spring Assembly and return. 3. Remove Drainage mechanism CAP, venting screw and steel ball. 4. use brake fluid inner parts to clean. Inspect inspection after cleaning, the following parts: 1. Release cylinder bore and piston for wear. 2. Weak return spring. Meeting 1. Coat the piston and cups with clean brake fluid. 2. place steel ball in cylinder Drainage mechanism hole and securely with venting screw. 3. About venting screw end pushing Drainage CAP mechanism. 4. place of return spring and piston and cup meeting in cylinder bore. 5. boat installed on push rod, bring rod into cylinder bore and snap boat instead. 6. close the flexible hose to the body of the cylinder. Flexible hose nut to 16 ft lbs. tighten (22 Nm). Installation 1. With cylinder push rod in to associate with the link arm detent, cylinder case of transmission with two bolts. Tighten the bolts to 17 ft lbs. (23 Nm).Download
