Remove a 2000 Mazda B2500 SE ENGINE

1. Release fuel pressure. See release fuel pressure. Disconnect the battery cable and remove the battery. Drain the cooling system. Marc hinges and remove the Hood. 2. disconnect the temperature sensor (IAT) intake air duct and remove the intake and air cleaner Assembly. Remove the accelerator cable splash shield. Remove the radiator hose. Unplug the cooler lines from the radiator (a/t models). 3. remove the radiator shroud mounting screws and the position of the fan blades. Remove the water pump pulley, fan, fan clutch and shroud. Remove the radiator hose. Remove the heater hoses. Remove transmission cooling line (a/t models). Remove the radiator. Mark and disconnect the fuel lines, cables, electrical connectors and vacuum hoses from the engine. Remove the EGR sensor. Unplug the block heater (if any). Remove the generator. Discharge AC using System (if) approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Remove the air conditioner compressor. A/c compressor bracket with pump POWER STEERING and attached to the side. 4. raise and support the vehicle. Disconnect the Earth engine. Remove the starter motor. Remove the transmission cooler line retaining bracket, 4 torque converter bolts, nuts and disconnect the wire harness connectors: 2 (a/t models). Disconnect the exhaust pipe flange. Disconnect the connector and HO2 sensor transmission (M/T model). Remove the screws 6 transfer engine. 5. lower the vehicle. Delivery support with Jack floor. Attach the lifting device for engines and auxiliary engines. Remove the 2 top screws engine transmission. Model automatic transmission disconnect the sensor connector and to isolate the hot exhaust from the bracket on the Bell housing. 6. remove the 4 Motor mount retaining nuts and engine.
