1. Remove the original bumper:
Remove all screws that hold the bumper. Also remove the screws the alloy handlebars and remove the bumper with alloy handlebars. Remove the alloy from the bumper and the new Hofele-design bumper install.
2. Placement of the front bumper Hofele-design on the car:
Put on it the new bumper on the car, but not even screw.
3. Preparation of the bonnet:
Remove the front Grill and the rubber bracelet behind it. Install the front Grill (HF 7052-S4 / RS4) in the extension piece.
4. Placement of the piece extension:
Set the extension piece to the bonnet/hood and put it with duct tape. The front Grill align so that there is one even gap between the bumper and grill.
5. Screws of the bumper:
According to the desired direction of the bumper and front Grill you can screw the bumper. Therefore drilling you two holes with a diameter of 10 mm in the bumper and 8 mm in diameter in the alloy handlebars. Then cut a M8 thread into the holes. You use the supplied screws + washers on the bumper.
6. Paste the extension piece and bonnet Hood:
Select the correct location of the extension piece with adhesive tape. Sand the surface and then clean it. Then the adhesive (included) that extension apply to. Set this to the bonnet/hood extension piece and fix it with adhesive tape until the adhesive is fully dry (at least 24 hours).
