Forge Motorsport Golf 1.8T, SEAT Leon 1.8T and Audi A3 1.8T DV fitting Guide

Tools:-cross head screwdriver, flat screwdriver, 6 mm and 7 mm tube
Clip driver, sharp craft knife.
1 / Open bonnet/hood. Remove the engine cover made of plastic. Remove the hose between the throttle body casing and the upper intercooler connection (lower-left corner of the image above)
2 / The new hose with 25 mm spout fit, as above shown. If the hose is too long, it will be probably misshapen, when this happens, then remove and simply ends with a sharp craft knife cutting, removing to cut 10-15 mm at any time or overhaul that check form after each tube, if required. As soon as the fit content then surely with the hose clips delivered.
3 / Now remove your diverter valve from its original location in the Bay Turbo tube and fit it into the transfer tube, as shown above. Secure with the hose clip delivered.
Curves and straight 25 mm tube, the tube completely run the 90-degree plastic 4 / use between the Turbo intake manifold and the new position of DV. Use the hose clips delivered and all hose connections to secure, if you are using the seat and forward are satisfied. Connect the 25 mm cover connector to the original DV boost hose and secure with a hose-clip. (If you have spare parts inner tube from the straight length, you can remove the boost hose and fit a short length of 25 mm silicone hose and blank this as per both images here)
5 / Using the vacuum tube and Schreiner delivered the original DV pipe at the new location of DV extend vacuum fix the vacuum tube to the top of the DV as shown above. Use you the cable ties provided to clean up the 25 mm tube and to prevent that other parts of engine friction by.
6 / Refit hood. Delete removes all tools and close the bonnet/hood.
