Getting started in the Trofeo series

The Alfa Romeo Trofeo series is a set "run driver" friendly, while costs for a realistic level to keep competitive classic car racing. Four classes of car to compete in every race, catering for Alfa Romeo cars of the standard road traverses Alfas to completely modified race cars. Each of our race is literally four races in one. Whether on the front or on the back of the grid are class points at stake. The competition is keen, but clean, with emphasis on friendly rivalry and the joy of our Alfa Romeos.

While the competition very much might be interested in, is the Trofeo series one of the friendliest and most to sociable. Advice and support for the other competitors is never far away, and the social events are legendary.


A typical season is held about 10 race meetings, usually three at Pukekohe, two Manfield and five in Taupo. Two grid start race and if possible, be challenged a handicap race at each round. Class, both points are awarded for overall Championships.


This booklet has been written, help to potential new competitors in the series. We hope that it will help to clarify the rules and regulations for races and perhaps answered a few questions that new competitors must naturally answer.
